I confess that I’m a sucker for the FAQ section on a website. The idea that I can save – what, 15 seconds? Whole minutes? – simply by clicking on a handy little link instead of searching for what I need?  Sold, to the woman who prefers to waste spend those carefully won pockets of time searching for exactly the right shade of gray paint for that awkward wall.
